‘Watts for Dinner’: Treat your taste buds to Thai

Sushi-Thai of Naples is all over Southwest Florida, with four locations. For this review, we visited the Sushi-Thai Too in downtown Naples.

Things got off to an appetizing start with the sea angel roll: shrimp tempura, asparagus, avocado, scallions, light cream cheese, masago and topped with a cream sauce, scallops, and shrimp.

This was a giant roll, with tons of shrimps and scallops on the side. The cream sauce was yummy and decadent. When it comes to sushi, you can’t go wrong here.

For my entrée, I had the shrimp fried rice. The best part is this dish is not oily or overcooked. My only complaint is the shrimp still had their tails on. Don’t get me wrong, appearance wise it’s a plus. But I ate every bite in fear a tail had fallen off into the dish. I was exhausted by the end.

My partner in dine had the red curry chicken, one of my favorite dishes. Featuring bamboo shoots and green, yellow and red peppers and chicken swimming in a coconut milk/red curry concoction this dish awakens the senses and is dish-licking good.
