Social Scene: ‘Girls Just Want to Have Fun’ and so does Just Friends

The famous ‘80s song was outgoing club president Laverne Leahy’s motto this year and fun we had.

And we girls continued the fun at the Just Friends outgoing board offficers’ luncheon at La Tavola on March 27.

Leahy’s farewell thank yous were expressed and then we all lifted a toast in her honor. She presented each girl with a goodie bag whose contents mirrored Laverne's fun theme. Needless to say, a fun time was enjoyed by all!
