2. Last chance: ‘To Kill A Mockingbird’ at Artis―Naples

Richard Thomas ― known especially for his role as John Boy on the 1970s TV drama "The Waltons" ― plays Atticus Finch in the American classic "To Kill A Mockingbird" at Artis―Naples, 5833 Pelican Bay Boulevard.

The play runs through April 14, with tickets from $109.

3. Tuesday: Happy Hour of Hope

“Hello world, here’s a song that we’re singin@’ C’mon get happy!”

If you can tell us what theme song and what 1970s TV show these lyrics came from, we will raise our glasses high in a toast to you at the next Meals of Hope Happy Hour for Hope from 5 until 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 16, at the Hilton, 560 S. Collier Blvd., Marco Island.

Happy Hours for Hope are a combined effort of Sunrise Rotary, Noontime Rotary and the Kiwanis Club of Marco Island.

The public is invited. Happy Hours for Hope are a combined effort of Sunrise Rotary, Noontime Rotary and the Kiwanis Club of Marco Island. This one is hosted by Noontime Rotary for features complimentary appetizers, happy hour drinks and live entertainment by Jason Beal.

Admission is a suggested donation of just $20. A 50-50 drawing will add to the fun and funds. All money raised will be used to purchase materials for the Meals of Hope Food Packaging event in November.
