A Naples home in the Gordon Drive Estates neighborhood was No. 1 on the list for most expensive single-family property transfers in Collier County from Jan. 1-Jan. 31.

This four-bedroom, five-bath home on Gordon Drive sold for $29,990,000. It previously sold for $11,200,000 in 2014.
