Sights and sounds: Vice President Mike Pence visits Ave Maria University

Vice President Mike Pence visited Ave Maria University Thursday, where he addressed Ave Maria's community. 

Air Force Two landed  just after 10 a.m. at Naples Airport. 

Before he spoke, Pence toured the Mother Teresa Museum on campus, which opened in February.

Pence addressed Ave Maria students, faculty and community members inside O’Bryan Performance Hall at the Thomas and Selby Prince building.

His visit comes just one day before President Donald Trump will give remarks at Lake Okeechobee near West Palm Beach.
